4. Fees and payment

Government fees, third-party charges and our service fees may be quoted separately. Prices and availability may change before payment or confirmation. A service begins only after any required payment, documents and confirmation have been received.

5. Processing times and outcomes

Any processing time is an estimate. We cannot guarantee approval, appointment availability, visa issuance, government processing time, flight schedules or hotel availability. Delays or rejections by third parties are outside our direct control.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Refunds and changes depend on the work already completed and the rules of the relevant authority, airline, hotel or supplier. Government fees, supplier charges and completed service work may be non-refundable. Specific terms will be explained before confirmation where applicable.
